Our vision Is to help the Underprivileged and Marginalized to live a better tomorrow through various Interventions and to ensure that every underprivileged child has right to education, health, and better living.

Strives to improve the quality of life of the financially disadvantaged, ensuring a sustainable living environment for poor families through the provision of Nutrition, Education, Health etc. Especially who are distressed with poverty and have none or very low-income schemes mainly in Mumbai Slums areas and across INDIA.

Al Baqir Trust has been working in the thematic areas of education, Monthly Ration relief, healthcare, youth employability, emergency cases, housing repair and alterations, Holy month of Ramadan Raton relief, various General and welfare Aid

The realization of a few young professionals, that it was their Social Responsibility to give back to the society, laid the inception of Al Baqir Trust. Al Baqir Trust is managed professionally by our member, comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, followed by an Executive Committee and a well-defined professional honorary workforce.

Education alone has the power to liberate people from the vicious cycle of poverty - not only in terms of earning a livelihood but also in becoming aware of the rights and freedoms that a citizen is endowed with. Thus, empowering individuals and making them self-sufficient.

India probably has the largest population of our community in the world - estimated at 30 Million. More than 70 % of our brethren live below the poverty line and more than 50 % of them are Sadaat. We are presently catering number of families from Mumbai & Thane District (such as ,Ghatkopar Bandra, Govandi, Mumbra are the key areas. And some cases across other states in India.

Children, their families, and the communities are the target groups of Al-Baqir Trust. With children at the Centre stage. The organization believes that a child’s education cannot be taken care of without taking care of the family.

Our priority beneficiaries are Orphan families, most distressed whose bread earner is medically ill, physically challenged, and other has no or low-income source.

There are several ways to identify the poor; income, job, earning member, living condition and location. Income levels are the most accurate and could catch many poor within the label. Our team personally visits occasionally each case identified, we witness their living conditions, we try and get as much information about their wellbeing and what are their future plans. It is unfortunate that most of the parents are uneducated and try to get income as street vendors, home cooking, cleaning, labor work etc….With these families the only light at the end of the tunnel is for their kids to ensure they get properly educated and the second generation doesn’t fall in the same trap, so it’s a long term vision which will prove successful Inshallah.

At present Al Baqir Trust (BE) directly benefitting around 95 Students with Education Sponsorship. And 50 families are receiving monthly Ration, also other welfare projects Mainly in Mumbai and across few states in India.

Homelessness is a major issue in India. About 78 million people in India live in slums and tenements. A slum is a highly populated urban residential area consisting mostly of closely packed, Approx. 5 to 7 members in family makes living in 30 Sq Mtr and maximum homes without sanitation facility.

Majority of our beneficiaries have children and schooling; we monitor their progress and check them for Islamic Education simultaneously

Two-thirds of people in India live in poverty living on less than $2 a day. While a low-paying job, such as Labor, helper, street side seller & salesman, daily job work, house maid, commercial vehicle driver, watchman etc.

The reality is that India's health care system has long been unequal. While the poor suffer, the country's rich can afford elite hospitals that are often ... while poor has only Municipal/Government Hospitals for their healthcare…

There are other Institutions across India sponsoring Education and target mainly primary and secondary section with limited amount. We urge to support every excluded and needy student who is of any Standards/Class they are studying to ensure our mission is success. Our Motto is Success and not numbers. And Alhamdullilah we have managed to register students for Education who were loitering around, and parents were not able to arrange schooling at all.

Presently we are assisting only Shia faith (Mostly Sadaat’s) Over 50 Families are under Monthly Ration Scheme and around 95 Students with Educational sponsorship every year. There are more deserving families in Queue, and we look forward to reach as much as we can Inshallah.

Alhamdullilah with our dedicated team, board members and support from various institution is vital for us to continue, we strive to work hard, and we trust the Almighty will look after us as long as we work faithfully.
